eval_poly_surface — 3D `surface_fit` op

• データ種: poly_surface × image2d × image2d → image2d

• 呼び出し: import fullseye as fs; fs.ledger.eval_poly_surface(model, x, y) (実装を直接呼ぶなら import match3d; match3d.eval_poly_surface(model, x, y)、台帳から引くなら ops3d.get("eval_poly_surface"))

使い方

model を (x,y) で評価 → z(x の shape で返す)。

*model* は :func:fit_poly_surface の返り(dict)。fail-closed: B スプライン

曲面/曲線の tck(FITPACK の list)を渡すと、以前は `model["degree"]` が

`TypeError: list indices must be integers...` で落ちていた(2026-09-01 実測 7 回)。

多項式モデルと B スプラインモデルは中身が違うので、ここで明示的に拒否する

(ops3d 台帳側でも poly_surface / bspline_surface と型を分けてある)。

Raises ValueError: model が多項式モデル dict でない / 必須キー欠落。
