   copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
   publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
   Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.

3. Grant of Patent License & Patent Notice.
   NOTICE: The in-situ idempotent permutation algorithms, state transitions,
   and zero-copy hardware memory compaction architectures disclosed in this Work
   are protected under pending patent application with the United States Patent
   and Trademark Office:
   U.S. Patent Application No. 64/148,668 (Patent Pending, Confirmation No. 5890).

   Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, each Contributor hereby
   grants to You a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free patent license for
   non-commercial research, academic evaluation, and open-source contributions.
   Commercial embedded deployment, proprietary silicon integration, and closed
   hardware licensing are subject to direct bilateral licensing agreements with
   the Patent Owner (Dr. A. Emre ÇETİN).
