• Rename a session by clicking its title in the sidebar
How to use the Portal
chat Chatting with Agents
Type anything in the search bar and press Enter to start a new chat.
Click any agent in Popular Agents to route directly to that agent.
Your past chats are listed in the left sidebar — click any to continue.
Click New Chat in Quick Links to start fresh anytime.
grid_view Home Cards
Row 1 — Quick links like Our Company, HR Assist, Reset Password, Announcements. Admins can configure these.
Popular Agents — Your available AI agents. Click to start a conversation instantly.
Inbox — Shows pending approvals that need your attention. Click to open the approvals panel.
Quick Links — Shortcuts to Agent Runs, Reports, Approvals, and New Chat.
Calendar — Shows today's date.
how_to_reg Approvals
When an agent needs your approval to proceed, it appears in the Inbox card and the left sidebar.
Click the Inbox card or the bell icon to review and approve or reject requests.
bolt Agent Runs & Reports
Click Agent Runs in Quick Links to see all recent automated runs in the sidebar.
Click Reports to view generated reports from your agents.
admin_panel_settings Admin Features
Admins see an Edit Layout button (top right) to customise the 4 quick-link tiles — change icons, titles, colours and links.
Use the Builder button in the header to create and configure new agents.
Edit Hero Layout
Configure the 4 quick-link tiles shown on the portal home page.
