   Every technote is citable, so every technote ends with this section. A
   technote registered with a DOI is located by that DOI -- it is the DOI's
   landing page, and DataCite asks a landing page to show a complete citation
   a reader can copy, not just the identifier -- and every other technote is
   located by its canonical URL, which is as stable and which lsst.bib
   already cites DOI-less technotes by. The sidebar's Cite section
   (components/sidebar-citation.html) offers the BibTeX entry for a reference
   manager, and the DOI where there is one; this is the human-readable
   sentence, placed where a reader arrives once they have finished reading.

   The theme's own sections/article-footer.html is intentionally empty and is
   overridden here, which is the seam the theme provides for end matter.

   The text and the link both come from the html_context that
   documenteer.conf.technote publishes (documenteer.citations composes them),
   pre-split at the location so that this template hyperlinks it without
   doing string surgery of its own: writing the lead and then the link
   reproduces the citation exactly. A technote that declares neither a DOI
   nor a canonical_url has no location to write, and its citation is the lead
   alone -- a reference naming the work and its authors, with nothing
   hyperlinked and nothing invented.

   Every interpolated value is escaped explicitly, because Sphinx's Jinja
   environment does not autoescape and a citation is composed from free text
   in technote.toml -- a title with an ampersand in it is ordinary. #}
