{# How to cite the technote: the BibTeX entry with a button that copies it, and -- where the technote is registered with one -- the DOI written as a resolvable link. Every technote is citable, so every technote gets this section: a registered one is located by its DOI, and every other by its canonical URL, which is what the BibTeX entry's `url` field carries. A technote registered with a DOI is additionally that DOI's landing page, and DataCite asks a landing page to show the DOI as a resolvable link together with a bibliographic record; that is the one part of the section a technote without a DOI does not get, because it is a claim only a registered work can make. Every value comes from the html_context that documenteer.conf.technote publishes (documenteer.citations composes them); this template composes nothing. Every interpolated value is escaped explicitly, because Sphinx's Jinja environment does not autoescape and a citation is composed from free text in technote.toml -- a title with an ampersand in it is ordinary. #} {%- if documenteer_technote_citation %}
