CKAN renders a resource view inside , so the assets declared at the
bottom of this template are emitted after the markup: for a moment the widget
would paint with the theme's bare form styles - stacked buttons, a stray
label colon, no columns - and then jump into place. This rule keeps it
invisible until unfold.css, later in the cascade, turns it back on.
