epaint_default_fonts 0.35.0 - bundled font license provenance

Declared license (Cargo.toml): (MIT OR Apache-2.0) AND OFL-1.1 AND Ubuntu-font-1.0

This crate bundles font binaries, so the license is a conjunction, not a
choice. The declared string covers the crate as a whole; the per-font notices
shipped upstream are the authoritative mapping, and they do NOT line up with
the declared string one-to-one. In particular Hack is MIT plus Bitstream Vera,
not OFL, so the declared "OFL-1.1" applies to NotoEmoji only.

Bundled font files and their licenses (taken from the upstream notices, not
from the declared string):
  1. Hack-Regular.ttf        -> MIT, Copyright 2018 Source Foundry Authors.
                                Derived from DejaVu (public domain) and
                                Bitstream Vera Sans Mono, Copyright 2003
                                Bitstream, Inc., under the Bitstream Vera
                                License with Reserved Font Names "Bitstream"
                                and "Vera". All three notices are in
                                epaint-default-fonts.Hack.txt.
  2. NotoEmoji-Regular.ttf   -> OFL-1.1 (SIL Open Font License 1.1)
  3. Ubuntu-Light.ttf        -> Ubuntu-font-1.0 (Ubuntu Font Licence 1.0),
                                Copyright 2011 Canonical Ltd. (from the font's
                                name table, nameID 0). The copyright notice
                                is prepended to
                                epaint-default-fonts.Ubuntu-font-1.0.txt.
                                Subsetting/conversion is not yet established.
  4. emoji-icon-font.ttf     -> MIT, Copyright (c) 2014 John Slegers

Files in this directory and their upstream origin (license bodies copied
from the epaint_default_fonts-0.35.0 crate, fonts/ directory; the Ubuntu
file has a project explanatory preface). New package manifests must record
the actual notices being shipped; earlier manifests describe older copies:
  epaint-default-fonts.Hack.txt                    <- fonts/Hack-Regular.txt
  epaint-default-fonts.OFL-1.1.txt                 <- fonts/OFL.txt
  epaint-default-fonts.Ubuntu-font-1.0.txt         <- fonts/UFL.txt, with the
                                                      Canonical copyright notice
                                                      prepended (licence text
                                                      itself unchanged)
  epaint-default-fonts.emoji-icon-font.MIT.txt     <- fonts/emoji-icon-font-mit-license.txt

Do not substitute a generic SIL template for fonts/OFL.txt. A blank template
carries unfilled <Copyright Holder> and <Reserved Font Name> placeholders, so
it names no copyright holder and does not satisfy the notice requirement; the
upstream file is the text that actually accompanies the font.

Note on redistribution: OFL-1.1 and Ubuntu-font-1.0 both require the license
text to accompany the fonts, and the MIT and Bitstream Vera notices for Hack
require the copyright notice to travel with copies. Retain all four texts
in the viewer package as conservative font material coverage. Ubuntu and
Hack markers were found in the inspected WASM; native surver inclusion
and byte-identical font redistribution have not been established. The MIT/Apache texts under
licenses/epaint_default_fonts-0.35.0/upstream/ cover the crate code itself but
do NOT cover the font binaries.

The emoji-icon-font upstream README lists Icomoon, Wikimedia and OpenSans
as additional sources. A per-icon source/license mapping remains open;
the top-level MIT notice does not by itself establish that mapping.
