The repository-owned documentation and specification artefacts under docs/ and
spec/ are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International
License. This covers the JSON Schema, XSD, ontology, controlled vocabularies,
mapping package, SPARQL queries, governance schemas, generated OpenAPI contract,
spec/access-matrix.json and spec/reason-codes.json.

The runtime resource copies under src/sort4circ_dpp/_spec/ are byte-for-byte
distribution copies of those CC BY 4.0 specification resources and remain
licensed under CC BY 4.0; their location under src/ does not change their
licence.

Non-code documentation examples, including the synthetic JSON and XML fixtures
and the Markdown guides in examples/, are also licensed under CC BY 4.0.
Executable Python examples are software under the Apache License 2.0 in LICENSE.

Repository-root prose and non-code documentation/metadata are also CC BY 4.0,
including README.md, CHANGELOG.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, SECURITY.md,
PUBLICATION_BOUNDARY.md, LICENSING.md, CITATION.cff and MANIFEST.sha256.
The non-code Markdown pull-request template under .github/ is documentation.
CI, build, automation and container configuration instead use the Apache
License 2.0, including structured issue forms, workflows and the configuration
paths listed in LICENSING.md.

Implementation source under src/, excluding src/sort4circ_dpp/_spec/, together
