        Description
        ===========
        *CarpeDM* is a general library for downloading, viewing, and manipulating image data.
        Originally developed as a ChARacter shaPE Data Manager, CarpeDM aims to make Japanese character shape (字形) data
        and other image datasets more accessible to machine learning researchers.
