The tab bar on a parent record's page: one tab per child model, plus the
parent's own overview. Rendered off `child_tabs` in the context, which
`wise_core.mixins.ChildTabsMixin` resolves from the view's declared
`ChildTab` list - permissions checked, URLs reversed against the parent,
counts read off its related managers. Included by every
`parent_*_generic.html`, so a project never writes this markup itself.
