A list page: icon + title + record count, and a header row of actions.
The default `list_actions` is the whole standard row - the search box (when
the view has a search filter, see `WiseListView`), the filter drawer's button
and the "New" button (a floating action button on a phone) - so a list that
only needs to fill in its rows overrides nothing but `list_body`.
