The menu on a table row - see `row_actions` in
wise_core/templatetags/wise_actions.py. A vertical-dots icon button opening
the row's actions; nothing at all when the visitor may take none. The panel
opens to the right of the button on a wide screen (the cell sits at the
table's left, beside the ID) and, on a phone, the row is a card and
common.js keeps the panel on screen.
