A record's actions inside its detail panel - see `record_actions` in
wise_core/templatetags/wise_actions.py. The first action is a button; the
rest are items of a menu behind a vertical-dots button (`details.dropdown.
detail-panel-overflow`), a destructive one last in the danger color. A POST
action (one that changes the record when it runs) is a form with a CSRF
token, never a link.
