Why a record cannot be deleted: the records that still refer to it, by kind -
see `ProtectedDeleteMixin` in wise_core/mixins.py, which builds
`delete_blockers` and `delete_blocked_message`. Rendered by
confirm_generic.html and parent_child_confirm_generic.html in place of the
"are you sure?" warning, the Delete button being left out.
