The reorder screen's move column. It carries what the drag and drop script needs
about the row -- its primary key and the endpoint to post a drop to -- because
Django's change_list_results.html puts no identity on the <tr> itself.

The handle is out of the tab order: the arrow buttons below it are the keyboard
path, and the only path when there is no JavaScript.
