framewright — color-correct (HDR) video decoding in the browser

Pick a video — ideally HDR10/HLG (an iPhone recording, for example). It is decoded entirely in WebAssembly with the correct BT.2020/BT.709 color matrix, and HDR sources are tone mapped to display-ready SDR. Compare with the tone mapping off to see the washed-out colors every naive decoder produces.
