Name:
 nestrc - Personal interpreter initialization file
Description:
 During startup, the NEST searches
             for a personal resource file. 
             The name (and PATH) 
             of this resource file can be specified by the 
             environment variable NESTRCFILENAME.

             If this variable is not set sli executes
             the file $HOME/.nestrc.
     
	     If this file does not exist, it is created from a template.
        
             The resource file is executed 
             before the welcome messsage is printed.
