Command: osstream

Name:
osstream - Create a string-stream object.

Synopsis:
osstream -> osstream-handle true -> false

Description:
osstream creates a stream object which can later be turned into a string. If creation of a usable string-stream object failed for any reason, false is returned. Replaces obsolete ostrstream.
